Big Rig Steve arrived safely to park on customer property dirt lot after completing a four day 2,164 miles 3,463 km cross country trip.

Bigrigtravels broadcast day started 9:21 CDT near Lebanon, MO with overcast skies. BRS advised as we rolled back onto I-44 “Allergies are like sky high”. Also, explained how to spruce up the truck stop we had spent the night at. This location was not ideal for getting BRS morning coffee ☕️.
At 9:39 CDT, shortly after rolling, we encountered a big rig stuck in the median. BRS said “ At least he did not roll it”.
At the Loves near Rolla, MO 10:45 CDT we stopped for approximately 60 gallons of fuel ⛽️, windshield wash and coffee. Now, 244 gallons to Loves May gold status.
The St.Louis Arch was in view as we approached the Mississippi River bridge crossing at 12:58 CDT.

I-70 near Brownstown, IL entered mass/weigh station and proceeded across scale with no issues 14:15 CDT.
Rolling byfamiliar good old Effingham, IL on I-70 at 14:38 CDT.
17:56 EST stopped at rest area on I-70 near Plainfield, IN just west of Indianapolis metro to complete his mandatory, required 30 minute break. BRS said “Do not want to get caught In Indianapolis needing to take a break”. By 18:32 EST his break was completed and he continued east on I-70.
As we continued towards delivery, we traversed familiar BRT territory on I-69 near Anderson and Marion, IN.
“Good trip – a little of everything, snow, wind, deserts, backroads”.
Delivery is tomorrow morning at 6:30 EST and the next trip is a preload with a pickup appointment at 20:00 EST. This will be an overnight trip as delivery is 5:30 CDT Saturday morning. Steve will try to pickup early if possible, in order to limit some of the overnight travel.
