Logan, Ohio · Fall
Visiting Hocking Hills in the fall, like the first half of October, is great. You may catch the fall colors. Also, you can avoid all of the summer bugs.
See & do
Old Man's Cave is the biggest draw to the park. There are also other trails in the region. I have personally done Old Man's Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, and Rockhouse.
When to visit
Best to reserve camping or a lodge at least 6 months in advance
Access & parking
I believe there are campsites available for RVs. I know there are lodges you can rent overnight, too. It may be best to drive the Maverick to get around to and from attractions, using the camp site as a home base for the RV.
