Daleville, VA to Staunton, VA
Big Rig Travels day began at 11:24 am EST at the One 9 truck stop near Daleville, VA. We are starting our dead head trip to Stuarts Draft, VA. “Ok so long, long, long night last night.” Finally park on the street at 1:55 am. “Working on a split right now.”
Arrival at the Blue Beacon for trailer washout at 12:20 pm near Raphine, VA. Completed at 1:33 pm then to the Loves’ to top off the refer tank at 1:49 pm. near Greenville, VA.
Arrival at shipper near Stuarts Draft, VA at 2:10 pm to check in. After check in, “and just like that everything changed.” The preloaded trailer is not ready, it hasn’t been started, or products even picked. Probably won’t be ready until tomorrow morning. So, BRT advises he will drop his trailer here and leave Bobtail Bob.
Arrives at the Love’s near Staunton, VA at 2:45 pm. Parked initially along the edge with partial view of the fuel island. He soon after moved to a little cubby hold watching the shop and trucks driving to the fuel island. A watch party continues as Steve rests until about 6:00 pm.
Given the delay in picking up the load, his upcoming trips will have to be altered. Will wait and see what happens.
Numbers: None discussed
Clocks: Hours are getting low on the the 70 hour clock. Do not gain back hours tomorrow morning.

Do you get paid when you have to layover that’s not your fault
Good evening Stephen, Dont know how long you are actually going to stay on the Eastern part of the United States, but just thought I dlet you know, if you are interested that this years Washington DC Christmas tree is slowly making its journey across the united states, Right now its on its way From Arizona with stops along the way in each state as it makes its way to Washington, they are saying that it will,. make its stop in Lexington KY on the date of November 15th, so if you just happen to be in the neck of the woods you might be able to see it, its being transported in what looks like at least a 70 Foot Trailer, which along the way when it makes its stop, people are actually being able to sign the trailer, and you cant miss the truck, its in a wrapping you cannot miss, so hoping that as of right now you might stay on the Eastern Part of the United States, but if not, from Arizona, iots going to make stops in, NEw MExico, Texas, Oaklahoma, Kansas City, St, Louis, couple stops in Kentucky looks like, and then it will reach its final stop Washington, this is something you just cannot miss, and if you are able to see it, really hope that you might be able to get the chance of signing the trailer.,..Safe Travels Stgephen and take care…..
