Daily Summary for 11/28/2025

Marshall, IL-Washington, IN-Olney, IL-Edwardsville, IL

Big Rig Travels day began at 5:27 pm CST.  It is 26 degrees and dark at the Road Ranger near Marshall, IL.  “Gonna be an overnight run.”  We are continuing our trip to find a trailer near Washington, IN.  We get onto I-70.  Steve talks about the ongoing sale at the BRT store.

Love’s stop near Terre Haute, IN at 6:59 pm EST for fuel.  21 gallons to diamond. 

Near Washington, IL at 8:23 pm arrive at the customer to pick up a trailer.  Resume at 9:15 pm.  It is 25 degrees.  There was not a truck available, “this…was a bust”, so after talking with planners we will now be going to Olney, IL to find a trailer there.

Arrive at customer near Olney at 9:14 pm.  Stream ends.

Resumes at 9:48 pm after finally getting a trailer in Olney, IL.  Steve advises we will pick up load, then take a 5-6 hour nap, then take off around 6:00 am tomorrow.

BIg Christmas lights display at 9:51 pm still in Olney.

Stop at Vandalia, IL to get coffee at the Pilot at 11:19 pm.  BRS reminds us about the sale at the BRT store.

Arriving near the shipper in Edwardsville, IL at 12:30 am, only a couple trucks in line.  Broadcast ends.

Clocks: low on hours, will need to do a split tomorrow otherwise we don’t have enough time.  Can’t take a 10 hour break.
