Big Rig Travels day began at 8:12 am EST.  It is 32 degrees and mostly cloudy at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Service Plaza near Hempfield Twp, PA.  We are continuing our trip to Indianapolis, IN on Thanksgiving Day 2025.  “Happy Turkey Day Happy Turkey Day” as we get back onto I-70 at 8:22 am.

Stop at Flying hook for coffee and Cat Scale mass weigh check at 8:38 am near South Huntingdon Twp, PA.  “Processing processing…its fixable so we don’t know to worry about going back.  Appears we are not as heavy as bills say we are…79,440, going over here to move one little notch, only 160 over…we are going to just run like this…trailer tandems will not slide due to being so heavy.  368 miles to go to delivery…Coffee here cost $3.10 and Hostess packs are $2.79, you get two of those, you get everything for $5 and with military discount, get all for $4.49.  That’s a good deal.”

Love’s stop near Belmont, OH for fuel at 10:27 am.  “130 gallons to diamond. Can we do it?”

Rest area stop near Hebron, OH, snow was coming down on Blue Comet at 12:13 pm to check messages.

Arrival at receiver to complete drop of trailer at 4:06 pm near Indianapolis, IN.  “Oh me! Would you know this place is closed.”  “We have 2:55 hr left on 70 hour clock.” It is 35 degrees and mostly sunny.  Sign says they open up at 6:00 pm.  Broadcast ends at 4:18 pm.  

Resumed at 6:28 pm.  We are starting our drive Bobtail Bob to complete getting a refer trailer for our next trip from Washington, IN.
