We have arrived in Troutdale, Oregon at one of the very few truck stops anywhere near Portland. I was concerned there would be no parking because this place fills up fast and even more so on Sunday afternoon as truckers pour into Portland for their Monday deliveries…just like us! We got a spot and that is all that matters.
It was an enjoyable ride through the Columbia Gorge! I thought it might be crummy with the clouds and rain but I saw some pretty amazing views of colors and fog hanging around the rocks. It sure was nice to see so much green moss on everything and trees blooming! I don’t know the name of the yellow bushes but man they are blooming neon yellow! Good ride today. We deliver before the birds wake up then we already have our next trip lined up!
