Big Rig Travels Monday began at 8:24 am.  It was 65 and overcast in West Pennsboro Township, PA.  First recording is 30 mins, 2nd is 1 hr, and 3rd is 7 hrs.  “Rained all night again.  Alrighty, ready to go?  So our appointment is 1:00 pm live unload, we’re going to show up early, cuz we got nothing else to do.  If we do not get  unloaded early we cannot do the next trip.”

I-76 then exit onto US15 at 9:02 am, near Upper Allen Township, PA.

Arrival at receiver at 9:14 am to check in.  Recording ended.

Next recording starts at 10:50 am.  Another delivery safely completed.  

We stop at Love’s near Londonderry Twp, PA for refer fuel and coffee at 11:21 am.

Arrival at the shipper at 11:53 am to check in to complete the drop and hook.  Recording ends.

3rd recording starts at 2:24 pm, leaving the shipper near North Londonderry Twp, PA.  Starting our trip to Heath, OH.  Status changed to “On time to delivery”.

“We have 7 hrs and 32 minutes that we can drive, if there are no delays we can just barely make it.”

“Here is downtown Hershey” at 2:35 pm.

Love’s stop to use the CAT scale for weigh mass check near Londonderry Twp, PA at 2:57 pm.  Coffee is also acquired.

“Ok, crossing over the Ohio River.  Welcome to O-hi-o” at 7:23 pm

Love’s stop near Belmont, OH at 7:44 pm.  Fuel for the Blue Comet.  “30 gallons as we only have 83 miles to go.  Let’s get coffee and maybe even hot dogs, maybe.”

Recording ends upon arrival outside the locked gate of the receiver at 9:26 pm near Heath, OH.  It was 67, partly cloudy and getting dark.  He was going to spend the night here, unload tomorrow morning.
