Daily Summary for 6/19/2026

Streetsboro, OH to Conewago Twshp, PA

Big Rig Travels Thursday began at 10:09 am EDT.  It is 71 degrees and mostly cloudy.  It was a 7 hour recording.  BRS is leaving the shipper near Streetsboro, OH.  “Alrighty, good morning everybody.”  We are starting our trip to York, PA.  Steve advised that so much rain last night, caused flooding on nearby road near shipper.  “First thing we need to do is check our weight” at 10:18 am.

Arrived at the Pilot near Weatherfield Township, PA at 11:03 am.  Steve made an adjustment as we were a little heavy on the trailer tandems.  “Ok, reweigh and we are good.”  Coffee was acquired.

Stopped at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Service Plaza near Somerset Township, PA at 1:51 pm.

Stopped at East Providence Township, PA at the Gateway TA off of I-70 at 2:57 pm for fuel. “Man, we have not been here in forever and ever.”

Steve points out the 83 Diner at 4:57 pm, he noted he had purchased a card eight years ago for the diner and wondered if he still had it.

End of the day is near Conewago Township, PA as we arrived at the receiver at 5:00 pm.  It was 77 degrees and overcast.  Steve advised we have a 6:30 pm live unload appointment.  Recording ends at 5:02 pm.
