Daily Summary for 4/26/2025

Champaign, IL to Nashville, TN

Big Rig Travels Saturday began at 8:11 am CDT near Champaign, IL.  It is 46 degrees and overcast.  BRS had completed load of yesterday (should have been a preloaded trailer).  “Alrighty, let’s go, let go play.”  We are leaving the shipper after parking on the street overnight.  Starting our trip to Atlanta.  “Delivery any time after 3:00 pm tomorrow.”  Status changed to “on time to delivery.”

Love’s stop near Ina, IL at 10:56 am.  “We need coffee.” While we were waiting in line for fuel island, BRS plays new hit BRT RC song.  “I really like that song.”  “Let’s play another song” “Well, I don’t know if this guy ever going to move, are we going to ever have a chance to get coffee?” “Nobody move forward anymore” BRS plays Jill’s greeting. “Hello Jill, how are you?  Long time  no hear from.” Third new song is played.  Steve decides to complete a wiggle over into first fuel lane instead.  At 11:27 am, “That guy is still blocking that fuel line 28 minutes to get coffee cause we were waiting on somebody thats still there.”  Unplanned 30 minute break.  BRS Five feet inside the door story.

“Alright crossing over Ohio River” at 12:48 pm.  Welcome  to Kentucky near Paducah at 12:49 pm.  

Love’s stop near Nashville, TN at 3:05 pm for coffee.

Big Rig Steve officially done at 3:51 pm parked at the TA near Nashville.  “Alright we are done for the day.”  Recording ends at 4:01 pm.

A LIVE watch party starts at 4:40 pm to chat with road crew until 7:42 pm.

Numbers:  247 miles to receiver.  We rolled out of Illinois, through Kentucky and into Tennessee.

Clocks: 3:36 hours on 11 hr, 5:10 hours on 14 hr,  38:10 hours on 70 hr.  0:36 before required 8 hour break.  Do not gain back hours tomorrow morning. 

No alarm clock ⏰ tomorrow.
