Onto I-79 near Charleston, WV at 9:49 am.
Stop at the Pilot at 11:01 am near Sutton, WV. Back onto I-79 at 11:22 am.
Stop at 12:03 pm at the TA Express near Jane Lew, WV for a road crew meet up with FlyinginWV (aka Chris) and his father. This was the big surprise. Flying brought a bag of treats for Steve.
I-79 rest area stop at 12:39 pm near Bridgeport, WV to check messages.
Alright welcome to Maryland at 1:53 pm near Friendsville.
“Elevation 2880 feet” at 2:09 pm near Keysers Ridge, MD. “Hope we are almost over these mountains.”
Love’s stop at 2:55 pm near Cumberland, MD for a 30 minute break, fuel for all our tanks, onions and hotdogs. 115 gallons to Platinum.
Welcome to Pennsylvania at 3:40 pm on US 220 near Cumberland Valley Twp.
Broadcast drops at 4:50 pm.
Big Rig Steve officially done at Love’s near Carlisle, PA at 5:39 pm. It was 38 degrees and clear.
Numbers: about 78 miles to receiver for a 6:30 am delivery appointment.
