California Dropped!

Good Saturday morning gang! Yesterday we started our day in North Platte, Nebraska and we ended it in the same place! We had a nice trip to the Los Angeles, California area with 4 different drops in and around the LA area. The schedule was very tight based upon the available driving hours we had remaining on our 70 hour clock, but it was doable. Yesterday, the great planners moved up the first delivery by a whole day which made it absolutely impossible for us to deliver on-time. Apparently, the first customer paid a premium price for an earlier delivery due to them being short on product. This means that we are waiting for a repower to arrive in about an hour. Another truck is on their way here and we will swap loads with them. They get to go to California and we are now going to Utah. This one we can do with the very limited hours we have available. Oh well, we will find California again one day soon I am sure. As soon as the other truck gets here, we will swap out trailers and start our day!
