Boonies

Evening to ya! Well, we are in the boonies! We were getting down to our last 20 minutes on our 11 hour drive clock……and no truckstop in sight! Finally we found one up on a hill with about 5 spaces to it. We walked in hoping for some stale food and I was surprised to find a huge store with all sorts of goodies! We walked out with a new pair of boots, 2 pulled pork sandwiches, and a coke! :) We still have a long way to go tomorrow but today sure was a nice drive on the backroads especially once we reached Missouri. See ya in the morning as we finish up this trip to North Carolina!
