App issues addressed, continue driving

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 8:55 EDT at the Flying Hook near Knoxville, TN.  Sunshine as we continue our trip to Salem, VA.  

“Welcome to Virginia” at 11:15 EDT.

Stopped at Love’s near Meadowview, VA at 11:45 EDT.  

Rain begins at 13:08 EDT near Max Meadows, VA.  Free windshield wash for Blue Comet.

Arrival at the receiver near Salem to wait for our delivery appointment at 14:08 EDT.  Delivery wasn’t scheduled until 17:30 EDT.  Watch party starts. 

Broadcast resumes at 19:09 EDT, delivery was complete.  Starting our next trip to the shipper near Stuarts Draft, VA.

BRS explains early in this stream that the BRT custom app is no longer being accepted by youtube, so will need to use the youtube app for now. (ie.  no time, date, location, elevation or speed will be displayed)  Road crew hang in there, look out the front window, read the road signs and listen to Steve as he brings us along as he drives through the country.

Numbers:  26 miles to shipper.  We covered 330 miles rolling out of Tennessee and throughout Virginia, including one customer delivery.  8 day summary 2623 miles.

Clocks: 4:26 hours on 11 hr,  1:51 hours on 14 hr,  4:13 hours on 70 hr.  Gain back 6:40 hours tomorrow morning. 

No alarm clock ⏰ tomorrow.   Do not know when trip loads or delivers, but headed to Edwardsville, IL for delivery.  Steve will get with the planners tomorrow morning to get further details.  Anything is possible to change with upcoming holiday weekend.  Choose the BRT YouTube channel alarm bell to receive notifications for the start of our broadcast.
