Arrival at the shipper at 3:47 pm to check in and complete the drop and hook of a preloaded trailer.
“Out of all the years we’ve been coming here, we’ve never been stopped by a train” at 4:25 pm.
We complete a weigh mass check at the customer, “Alright, how heavy are we?” 11,300 on the steer, 31,300 on the drives and 33,160 on the tandems. “We’re legal, how ‘bout that, ok then.” Status changed to “on time to delivery” at 4:36 pm. We are starting our trip to Obetz, OH.
Love’s stop to check weigh mass at the CAT scale near Oakwood, IL. We also grab parking and end our day at 5:19 pm. It is 70 degrees and mostly cloudy.
