Daily Summary for 8/14/2023

Big Rig Steve broadcast  day completed 19:28 CDT safely parked back at BigRigTravels World Headquarters in Belvidere, Illinois. 

Title: On a Rainy day and Monday -Our week over on the Dry Van Division completed 

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 10:05 CDT (all times are CDT today) at Kwik Trip near Denmark, Wisconsin.  We had two emergency trips scheduled to complete today. So, with no Loves nearby we needed to purchase $50 fuel ⛽️ for Blue Comet to start our day.

11:40 Drop and hook of our next trip at the yard near Menasha, WI. 

12:27 Arrival at receiver near Green Bay, WI. 

13:20 Live delivery completed. 

13:46 stop at Kwik Trip near Ashwaubenon, WI for $50 fuel for Blue Comet and good coffee ☕️. 

14:30 arrival at drop yard to drop empty trailer. 

14:40 Bobtail Bob to another customer to pickup empty trailer for transport back to the yard. 

16:00 Trailer dropped at yard, we start the journey Bobtail Bob back towards home. 

16:45 stopped at Loves ❤️ for more fuel for Blue Comet near Fond du Lac, WI.

Numbers : we covered approximately 305 miles 490 km in Wisconsin and back into Illinois, including multiple customer locations.

Clocks : Started day with 34:28 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back any hours tomorrow morning. We are 135 gallons away from Loves Gold status for September. 

Tomorrow is an off day for BRS. BRT will return sometime on Wednesday for a trip to the shop for batteries and hopefully find a  refer trailer. As always, all is subject to change. Watch website for updates.
