Big Rig Travels Thursday began at 12:05 pm.  It was 86 degrees and partly cloudy, leaving from HQ in Belvidere, IL.  First recording 3:40 hrs, and second is 2:30 hrs.  “OK welcome back”  BRS is headed towards the shipper. 
I-39 rest area stop near Paw Paw, IL at 12:56 pm to check our freezer.

Love’s stop near Oglesby, IL at 1:30 pm for fuel.  We are now 438 gallons to gold for August Love’s rewards.

On I-74 a baby Greyhound bus passes the Blue Comet at 3:16 pm near Mansfield, IL.

Passing through Mahomet, IL at 3:23 pm. 

“Welcome to Champaign, IL, the shipper for our first trip in July” at 3:39 pm.  Recording ends at the check in at 3:40 pm.

Second recording starts at 4:32 pm, it is 87 degrees and partly cloudy as we were leaving the shipper. “I can’t believe this was preloaded and ready early, that like, hard to believe…we are heavy.”

“We are going to double check our weight.” Love’s stop near Oakwood, IL at 5:12 pm.

Mass weigh check, we have 33,800 on the drives, 33,600 on the trailer tandems.  Steve noted that we would burn off fuel, “should we stop here or keep going?”

Welcome to Indiana at 6:32 pm EDT near Covington.  

Steve noted that before the stream ended, “Welcome back to trucking.”

Big Rig Steve officially done at the Flying J near Indianapolis, IN at 7:55 pm.  “OK, that’s it.”

Numbers:  191 miles to receiver, drop anytime we get there tomorrow.  We covered miles rolling

Clocks: 5:04 hours on 11 hr,  6:14 hours on 14 hr,  62:13 hours on 70 hr.  

No alarm clock ⏰ tomorrow.
