Big Rig Travels day began at 7:49 am CST. It is 44 degrees and rain at the Casey’s truck stop near Wanatah, IN. We are continuing our trip to Findlay, OH.
Love’s stop near Delphos, OH at 12:01 pm EST.
Arrival at receiver near Findlay, OH at 1:21 pm to complete the drop. No empties available so Bobtail Bob out of the customer.
Road crew meet up occurs outside at 1:51 pm with Mike.
Next customer is next door, arrival at 2:01 pm to wait for our preloaded trailer to be ready.
At 4:48 pm, weigh mass check at the shipper. Steve gives the road crew a salute while standing in front of the Blue Comet waiting for paperwork. Weight was 77,440 lbs without Steve in the truck.
At 5:04 pm we are starting our trip to St James, MO.
Love’s stop at 6:21 pm, we were instructed to fill up all our tanks in Sydney, OH.
Big Rig Steve officially done at 6:30 pm. It is 59 degrees and overcast. Steve noted that tomorrow we will be going to the Caves tomorrow, but not going inside near Springfield, MO.
Numbers: 479 miles to receiver, drop anytime before midnight. We covered 278 miles.
Clocks: 3:32 hours on 11 hr, 3:32 hours on 14 hr, 35:22 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back hours tomorrow morning.
