Daily Summary for 2/7/2024

Big Rig Steve officially done broadcasting for the day at 14:17 PST near Fontana California to go into the shop for repairs to the Blue Comet electrical system issues. The trailer was to be dropped so another driver could deliver for a rescheduled delivery appointment.

Title: Delayed start again due to Blue Comet electrical issues

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 11:24 PST at the Petro Tejon Ranch near Lebec California Big Rig Steve had been up at 4:00 and the Blue Comet would not start again due to electrical issues. Shop was not available to help so BRS eventually managed to get the truck started. Delivery appointment would require rescheduling as we are heading to the shop for repairs to be done. We continue our final leg of the trip.

Back on to I-5 southbound Rolled through mass weigh station no issues at 11:24PST

11:42 PST starting the climb up grapevine BRS said “ let’s go play in the mountains “

BRS points out the snow capped mountains 11:56 PST

Numbers :0 mile  0 km to the receiver, we covered approximately  126 miles  202 km rolling to the shop

Clocks :hours on 11 hr, hours on 14 hr, hours on 70 hr, Do not gain back any hours tomorrow morning.  Hours were not addressed
