Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 10:43 EST (all times today are EST) One 9 truck stop near Elliston, Virginia as Big Rig Steve started the broadcast with a watch party, the alert for next trip arrived. BRS went into get fresh coffee to start the trip and then reset the stream after starting up the Starlink connection.

11:17 we are on the move, our trip today is to bring our good trailer to a shipper in Stuarts Draft, VA to drop, then hook a trailer in need of maintenance and bring it to the shop near Richmond, VA.
BRS stops at 12:43 and rolls thru Petro Whites Travel Center near Raphine, VA on our way to the Blue Beacon Truck Wash for trailer washout and a surprise rare occurrence of getting engine and truck wash for the Blue Comet. BRS advised that BC would be getting some photos taken for the Big Rig Travels new 2 Million mile website.

13:08 BRS advised we are now air drying the Blue Comet east again on I-64 towards shipper.
Near Staunton, VA BRS stops at Loves to top off the trailer refer fuel tank and get fresh coffee at 13:18
Arrival at 13:50 for the trailer drop at the customer location near Stuarts Draft, VA. BRS advised: don’t let us forget to get our load locks out of the drop trailer.
We find our next trailer outside the shipper in the dirt lot at 14:08. BRS begins the inspection of the trailer for any issues preventing us from being able to move the trailer to the Richmond yard.

We are all set, trailer is good to go the 111 miles 178 km to the yard as we leave the dirt lot.

Numbers: We covered 197 mile 315 km rolling within Virginia today. Yes, BRS was able to get paid for the company non-revenue trip today.
Clocks: We started today with 48:16 hours on 70 hr, do not gain back any hours tomorrow morning. We are 377 gallons away from Loves Platinum status for December.
