Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 9:45 CST in Lancaster, Texas. Our first priority is to find a CAT scale as we are “Heavy, Heavy”.

Stopped at the Love’s near Dallas, TX at 9:52 CST to use the CAT scale. We were legal and back onto I-20.
Near New Colbert, OK got called into a Mass/weigh station, no issues at 11:34 CST.

Stopped at the Love’s near Ataka, OK at 12:38 CST for fuel for the Blue Comet. Added 60 gallons. Adjusted the trailer tandems, went across the street to the Pilot for a check at the CAT scale. We are legal as long as we do only 50-60 gallons at a time.
Stopped at the Love’s near Chouteau, OK for fresh coffee at 15:20 CST.
Welcome to Missouri near Joplin at 17:02 CST.

Stopped at Petro near Joplin, MO at 17:09 CST for a 30 minute break.
Numbers: 765 miles 1231 km to receiver. We covered 438 miles 704 km picked up and trailer and rolled out of Texas, through Oklahoma and into Missouri.
Clocks: 2:13 hours on 11 hr, 3:03 hours on 14 hr, 59:51 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back hours for the next eight days.
