Big Rig Steve officially done at 20:08 CDT safely parked near Jackson, Tennessee.
Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 9:36 CDT near Christina, Tennessee at the Love’s. Continuing our dead head trip to the shipper near Brownsville, TN.
Stopped for trailer wash out at 10:24 CDT at the Blue Beacon near Nashville, TN. Stopped as we left to turn the refer on to pre-cool at 12:05 CDT.
Emergency stop at the Love’s at 13:49 CDT near Holladay, TN.
Topped off the refer tank at Love’s at 14:44 CDT near Jackson, TN.
Arrival at the shipper to check in at 16:00 CDT. Loaded 4 hours before our appointment time at 19:13 CDT. Status changed to on time to delivery.
Love’s near Jackson, TN at 19:53 CDT for CAT scale weigh-mass check. “Calculating, calculating, calculating, processing…ok, we are legal.” Lot was full, so we continued on across the way to check the Circle K.
Numbers: Steve estimated 575 miles to receiver. We covered 215 miles including a trailer washout and live load, rolling within Tennessee. 182 gallons to diamond status for September.
Clocks: 5:33 hours on 11 hr, 5:51 hours on 14 hr, 5:13 hours on 70 hr. Gain back 7 hours tomorrow morning.

Instead of going thru downtown. I would either take I 440 around downtown or take Hwy 155 around and miss downtown and pick up I 40 on the other side.
What about I-840? That should be the route for all truckers that don’t need to access I-65 north.
