BRT Saturday edition Short Trip Today

Big Rig Steve officially done at 12:55 EDT safely parked near Middletown Pennsylvania.  BRS makes a spot for Blue Comet to allow RC a fuel island view. Watch Party began. Steve advised not sure when we will get our next trip.

Poll about 1080 broadcast that BRS had posted on BRT YouTube Chat results are reviewed. BRS purchased new charger for the broadcast phone at 13:30 EDT to resolve charging issue.

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 9:00EDT at Sheetz near Mount Jackson, Virginia. BRS called it “White truck City” due to all the white colored trucks parked there. We spent the night in the corner.

Back onto I-81 north continuing our trip to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Steve explains the stream drop from yesterday, the broadcast phone had charging issue and had gone dead and could not get it to power back up.  30 minutes later finally started charging. 

BRS advises  “We are to take this empty trailer to Middleton, PA and drop, that is all we are going to do, as of now no next trip. Welcome to BRT Saturday edition Short Trip today.”

Steve points out at 9:23 EDT “Narrow Passage Creek” then as we are attempting to pass a big rig, “now this guy decides to speed up, what’s up with that?”  

9:50 EDT BRS advised that we may have a lot issues with the broadcast today due to the solar flares interference issues occurring. 

Steve: “Welcome to West Virginia“ near Bunker Hill at 10:03 EDT “weigh station coming up”. “Everybody probably closed today getting ready for next week’s super blitz of enforcement. 

“Welcome to Maryland” 10:26 EDT

“Welcome to Pennsylvania our fourth state for the day.”

10:38 EDT , “How cute! A cute little RV” 10:40 EDT near New GreenCastle, PA. 

Blue Comet stops at rest area near Carlisle, PA at 11:13 EDT. Next stop is Blue Beacon at Carlisle, PA for trailer wash out. 

Middleton, PA arrival at receiver 12:28 EDT for delivery drop of the empty trailer.  BOBTAIL BOB to find parking.

Numbers: 0 miles 0 km to receiver/shipper.  We covered 171 miles 275 km rolling out of Virginia, through West Virginia, Maryland, into Pennsylvania four states today.

Clocks: 18:06 hours on 70 hr when we started the day.  Did not go over clocks today.
