Big Rig Steve officially done for the day at 16:13 PST safely parked at the Pilot near Chemult, Oregon at an elevation of 4675 feet/1425 m. Christmas Eve watch party begins.

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 8:26 PST in Sacramento, CA at the 49ers Truck Stop. Foggy morning delayed start time, no coffee this morning.
Crossing the Sacramento River on I-5 north at 8:47 PST.
Finally able to grab coffee at the Pilot, near Woodland, CA at 9:13 PST. A camper was set up in front of the fuel island, BRS said “Why would you do that?”. While BRS was inside, they packed up and left.
Welcome to Oregon at 14:41 PST on US 97 near Klamath Falls, OR.
Parked at the end of the day.
Numbers: 290 miles/466 km to receiver. We covered 271 miles/597 km rolling out of California into Oregon.
Clocks: 4:10 hours on 11 hr, 5:29 hours on 14 hr, 7:56 hours on 70 hr. Gain back 8:18 hours tomorrow morning.
