Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 8:36 am near Conyers, Georgia.  It is 42 and rainy.  We are starting our trip to Manassas, Virginia.

Stopped for coffee near Monroe, GA at 9:09 am.

Continue on the backroads and then roll onto I-85 near Commerce, GA at 10:16 am.

Welcome to South Carolina at 10:44 am, then stopped at the Love’s at 10:50 am near Fair Play, South Carolina.  Cat Scale for a weight double check.  All is legal.  Also obtained fuel for Blue Comet and coffee for Steve.

Steve advises the Blue Comet radar caught a vehicle passing us at 127 mph! at 1:21 am on I-85 near Charlotte, NC a short time later, another vehicle cuts off in front of traffic at the last second to make an exit which prompts BRS to discuss NC drivers.

Stream ends near Reidsville, NC at 3:17 pm at the Love’s

Broadcast resumes at 3:57 pm, still at the Love’s in Reidsville, NC.

Welcome to Virginia at 4:18 pm near Danville, on US29/58.

Big Rig Steve officially done 5:22 pm safely parked at Goldy’s Truck Plaza near Rustburg, VA. 48 degrees with the sun going down.
