11:24 CDT back on the big road bumpy I-94 headed to the yard to drop and hook a preload trailer.
12:00 CDT near the yard BRS flipped the camera to stealth mode, yes, British driving mode. A rare treat to get inside the workings experiencing what BRS completes behind the scene. Job was to drop current trailer and find the loaded trailer. The searching was done after finding the trailer in the shop for suspension airbag replacement.
Trailer would not be ready for some time, so Steve went to get coffee and completed 30 minute break.
12:36 BRT suspended broadcasting while trailer repairs are sorted out.
13:45 BRT broadcast resumed as BRS was on the move dead heading with empty trailer for drop and hook of a preload trailer in Champaign, IL. Rolling down I-57
16:26 CDT BRS advised we only have 2:14 hours available yet on the 14 hr clock.
16:30 CDT BRS flipped camera again near the shipper in Champaign, IL to complete the drop and hook. Worth watching the playback of the stream if you would like inside look at BRS system of trip tracking book, currently going back to June 11, 2021.
Issues with sliding the trailer tandems to lower the weight on the drive axels was an issue. Steve discovered the bar that pushes the pins out has become disconnected. Will address at the Loves shop in the morning before we roll on towards Kentucky.
