Finally in Winslow, Arizona for the night. Traffic was brutal as I think everyone in phoenix was headed up to play in the mountains one last time! Traffic was slow, it was very hot, campers and big trucks were crawling up the mountains but we slowly made our way 7000 feet higher without overheating!
Time for dinner and bed so we can do it all over again the next few days. I know signal was poor in the mountains but ya know I have no control over that. I just hope you did manage to see some nice scenery today though – it was abundant for sure!
