Woohoo Back in the saddle

Good Friday morning to everybody . We are back in the saddle again. We have already completed our first trip even though it was a very short one we still got one done already. We do have our next trip which loads out of the exact same building that we delivered to this morning, but it will not be ready until after 2 p.m. today. I sure did not enjoy getting up at 2:30 a.m. to do our first trip but now that it is out of the way I guess it was worth it. Droopy soggy misty morning but at least it isn’t winter snow. So just hang out a little bit longer while we wait for our loading appointment this afternoon then we will hit the highway once again.

  1. Denver, Co…will be a nice ride. God speed, Steve.

  2. Looking forward to it. I’ve been watching old videos that I put in my watch later file but getting tired of them. I need a road trip! Hope you enjoy the coffee I sent the other day. Stay safe!

  5. Nice to see you back, Steve. I hope you had a nice rest while you was off the truck. Looking forward to the trip to Colorado. Sure did miss watching the live stream while you was off, but did get caught up some more on your videos. Stay safe on your journeys and God bless.

  6. Welcome back Steve. Hoping to see some new cool scenery across America. Thanks for your hard work to help keep our stores stocked in this crazy time.

  7. Steve, got my helmet on and my seat beat tightened….. mash it whenever you’re ready.

  8. Hi Steve. Getting hooked on BigRig in NYC…Older now, and never escaped. Thanks to your rides, I get to visit flyover country where I should be living. Thanks for all your foot-soldiering from your truck.

  9. Steve’s loading in the area that used to be Old Chicago, a defunct indoor amusement and shopping center. It lasted only 5 years. Big building and they couldn;t find a use so they just demolished it in 1986. Only remnant is the road named Old Chicago Rd.

  10. Checking cabnits & sock drawers, — nothing but stashes of dang frog food. Hummm, going to be a miserable trip unless you stop on roadside & runs thru traffic to get some hot chicken strips & biscuits. Just sayn’

  11. Happy to see you back on the road Big Rig Steve. Growing up in New Jersey and not being very well traveled coupled with the lockdown, you’ve actually become the best real time show to watch on Roku’ (YouTube) enjoy the ride although like some states much more than others also like the side orders of appropriate humor; finally a big thank you for the hard work during these troubled anxiety filled times for many that hopefully soon pass, take care and be safe.

  12. It’s sunny, hot supposed to be 95F/35C in Los Angeles today.

  13. Gossamer 86, So sorry to hear about Toby. He knew he was loved. Dogs do know this. Sending you prayers of strength and healing. Psalms 34:18 The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

    1. Mary, thank you so much for your heartfelt words and prayers. It means so much to me. Toby was such a huge part of my life and we had been through so much together. Our fur babies truly are family, and I miss him more than words can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  14. No buzzing
