Good Saturday morning. Well we left Olney, ill7and headed to Effingham for fuel. We typed in both tractor and trailer fuel like normal. I was supposed to be allowed to fill both tanks to the top, but instead the pump shut-off at just 113 gallons and no trailer fuel. I sent dispatch messages but no response. Also called emergency fuel department for help. It was explained that they can’t help without dispatch approval…..
Gee, it must be the weekend, right? I can’t drop this trailer at the customer in Beardstown unless it has a full tank! while we are waiting for someone in the office to turn fuel on for us, we will get coffee! Hopefully they get us moving soon!!
