Daily Summary for 7/23/2023

Title: Great Trailer Hunt full circle day 

Big Rig Steve officially done for the day clocks stopped 16:07 (all times are PDT today) arrived back at the same location near Prosser, Washington that we were at end of the day yesterday. Watch party began.

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began 8:03 near Prosser,  Washington. Coffee was acquired and on with Bobtail Bob trailer hunting we would go.

10:00 PDT arrived at the truck stop near Pendleton, Oregon and the trailer was not there. 

10:54 After some more messages to the bosses and waiting for a response, BRS drove over next door checking the casino lot for the mystery trailer to make RC happy. Yep, no trailer there either. 10:59 returned to truck stop to await further instructions from the bosses. 

13:20 Rolled out to go back towards Washington I-84 to try finding a trailer at customer locations.

13:50 arrived at the Pilot near Stanfield, OR for a much needed coffee exchange.

14:20 near Hermiston, OR searched a customer no trailer found continued on the search.

15:40 arrived at next customer to search yep, no trailer.

15:53 BRS done playing this game for today.

To date the trailer search is the longest amount of mileage 861 miles 1358 km, multi state, multiple days, search ever for Big Rig Travels. 

 Yes BRS advised that we will be compensated for all this travel.

Numbers : Today we covered  214 miles 344 km in Washington and Oregon

Clocks: 5:50  hours on 11 hr, 5:20 hours on 14 hr, 1:26  hours on 70 hr, gain back 8:22 hours tomorrow morning. We are 310 gallons away from Loves Platinum status for August.
