Local Runs in Pennsylvania

Big Rig Travels Monday began at 10:54 am EDT near Jonestown, PA.  It was 54 degrees and sunshine, in route to the Love’s for refer fuel and coffee by 10:58 am.  We are starting our trip to drop off a trailer.  Discussion on route, about the route, with Zelda at 11:12 am.

I-81 at 11:37 am, we have a discussion on the road conditions.

We drop the trailer near Bethlehem at 12:34 pm.  

“Alright, let’s go” at 1:15 pm, leaving with our next empty trailer to go get fuel and then a washout.  We need to bring it to Mechanicsburg, about 100 miles away.

Stop at the Love’s at 2:10 pm near Upper Bern Township, PA to fuel the refer tank.

Stop at the Flying J at 2:47 pm, we didn’t find a Blue Beacon on the way, so going to blow the trailer out.

Dropped the trailer at 4:46 pm near Upper Allen Township, PA.  We exit Bobtail Bob.

Arrival at the next shipper near Hershey, PA at 6:17 pm to pick up a trailer that needed mechanical issues dealt with, we are taking to the company yard and then, we are done.  We are not doing anything else today.

Recording ends at 7:31 pm.  We have a live load tomorrow.
