Daily Summary for 2/27/2025

Conyers, GA to White Plains, SC

Big Rig Travels Thursday began at 9:10 am EST, it was 57 and partly cloudy skies.  Steve advised that we had spent the night using customer parking.  Status changed to “on time to delivery” starting our trip to Manassas, VA.

Backroads to start, then onto I-85 near Commerce, GA at 10:43 am.

“Crossing over the Tugaloo River, welcome to South Carolina” near Fair Play at 11:14 am.

Stopped at the Love’s near Fair Play at 11:20 am.

End of the day near White Plains, SC at 12:12 pm at the Love’s.

It is later learned that we needed to get a 10 hour break in, so that we could start very early tomorrow to make delivery on time.

Numbers:  We covered approximately 133 miles rolling out of Georgia into South Carolina.
