Big Rig Steve officially done for the day at 14:40 safely parked near Granite City, IL

Title: Another trip in the books

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 8:22 EST in Winchester, Kentucky.  BRS starts off right away with a coffee in tow, then onto  I-64 west.

10:17 Welcome to Indiana. Crossing the Ohio River on the Sherman Minton, double decker bridge we enter New Albany, IN.

10:50 English, IN we make a stop at the Loves.  After starting back driving we get some education on electronic log books and a little on what they get paid, or don’t get paid doing.  Worth a listen if that interests you.

11:34 We cross the Wabash River as we enter Illinois.  Our third state this morning.  A quick stop at a rest area near Grayville, IL to warm up some food.

13:20 BRS stops at New Braden, IL Loves truck stop to top off the refer before delivery., then onto I-255.

14:13 Delivery check in with some British mode camera changes.  We get a lesson on backing up as he completes his drop.

14:30 Done with delivery, we bobtail out to a nearby Speedway.  We will return here tomorrow when the trailer for the next trip is ready.  There will be a live unload in Elkhorn, WI on Tuesday.

15:09 Road Crew visit from Scott to end BRS day and current trip.

Numbers : 0 mile 0 km to the shipper, we covered 361 miles 581 km 

Clocks : 4:31 hours on 11 hr,  6:24 hours on 14 hr,  11:40 hours on 70 hr, gain back 4:13 hours tomorrow morning. We are 180 gallons away from Loves Gold status for December. 8 day running total: 2372 miles, 3817 km.  We are 5528 miles 8896 km away from our career 2 million mile mark.
