Daily Summary for 1/31/2025

Kentucky to delivery Nashville, TN

Big Rig Travels day began at 6:02 am CST.  It was 56 degrees, dark and damp at the TA near Kuttawa, KY.  Steve advised we had 118 miles to go, 3 hours to get to receiver for our live unload appointment.  We are continuing our trip to Antioch, TN.

Steve “Freaky Friday for me, Saturday for you.”  Trial today of two showings of premiere.

As we left, BRS advised, “It rained all…night…long.”

Welcome to Tennessee near Clarksville at 6:57 am.

“We are going to be just in time for the Nashville rush hour.  Friday rush hour” at 6:59 am.

BRS pointed out, “Look like the clouds are getting a little heavy up there.”  We were near Coopertown, TN at 7:21 am.

I-24 traffic slowdown at 7:40 am, near Nashville, TN.  

“You should be able to see downtown, you just need to look around or over the Tyson truck” at 7:51 am.

We exit off of I-24 at 8:15 am and then arrive at receiver to check in at 8:23 am as the broadcast day ends.

Numbers:  0 miles to receiver/shipper.  We covered 118 miles rolling out of Kentucky and into Tennessee.

Clocks: were still running.
