Big Rig Travels day began at 6:46 am MST at the Sapp Bros truck stop in Denver, Colorado. It is 25 degrees and clear skies. We are continuing our trip to Antioch, TN.
We roll onto I-70E at 6:55 am, driving into the sunrise.
Love’s stop near Bennett, CO at 7:22 am. Fuel, coffee and free M&Ms.
New Burlington, CO stop at the Love’s at 9:57 am “Coffee time.”
Welcome to Kansas at 10:23 am near Kanorado.
Back into Central Time Zone, we lose an hour, it is now 11:46 am near Edson, KS.
Rest area stop at 3:30 pm to complete our mandatory 30 minute break near Solomon, KS.
End of day is at an I-70 turnpike rest area near Kansas City, KS at 6:29 pm. It is 44 degrees and dark.

Numbers: 572 miles to receiver, delivery is early Friday morning. We covered 595 miles rolling out of Colorado into Kansas. 8 day running total: 2,807 miles. 288 gallons to Diamond
Clocks: 1:21 hours on 11 hr, 2:53 hours on 14 hr, 6:29 hours on 70 hr. Gain back 4:25 hours tomorrow morning.
