Welcome to the daily 30 minute break! We are in Percival, Iowa making Goober Strawberry sandwiches! Not sure why my bread always gets hard on the edges after just a few days in the truck! Even being tightly sealed, it still doesn’t keep fresh for more than three days! Oh well, I just chomp around the hard parts. We will roll a bit closer to our delivery which takes place tomorrow afternoon.
