Arrival at the shipper for a live load at 6:14 am. Backed into the door at 7:10 am. Status changed to “on time to delivery” at 9:28 am. We are starting our trip to Cartersville, GA.
Love’s stop near Sandersville, MS at 9:57 am to visit the CAT scale for the weigh mass check. “So we are a little heavy on the back.” We adjusted the trailer tandems and then acquired fresh coffee.
“Are we there yet?” as we merged onto I-20 at 10:57 am.
Welcome to Alabama at 11:19 am near Cuba.
Love’s stop near Steele, AL at 2:06 pm for fresh coffee.
Stopped near Leesburg, AL to restart the Starlink at 3:06 pm.
Searched for parking at the QT near Adairsville, GA at 6:01 pm. We ended up making our own spot. Clock stopped at 6:05 pm.
Numbers: 10 miles to receiver and a 6:00 am appointment tomorrow for live unload, will probably leave at 5:30 am. We covered 390 miles plus a live load rolling out of Mississippi, through Alabama and into Georgia.
Clocks: 3:13 hours on 11 hr, 4:43 hours on 14 hr, 18:16 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back hours tomorrow morning.
