Hopes dashed for early loading

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 6:42 am CST at the Huck’s Travel Plaza/Pilot near Kuttawa, Kentucky.  It was 45 degrees and sunny.  Continuing our trip to the shipper near Washington, Indiana.

Exit I-69 to stop at the Love’s near Hanson, KY for fresh coffee at 7:42 am.

Welcome to Indiana near Evansville on US41 at 8:28 am.

Arrival at the shipper near Washington, IN at 10:40 am.  The broadcast ends when Steve goes in to find out if we can load early as we arrive many hours early for our 10:00 pm appointment.

Later, BRS updated via Twitter/X that we were waiting on two pallets yet, so was still at the shipper and no further driving occurred.

He did update via Twitter as well what was raised for the Wounded Warrior Project, $850.97.

Numbers:  0 miles to shipper.  We covered 175 miles rolling out of Kentucky and into Indiana.
