Daily Summary for 10/11/2024

Getting back HOME

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 7:17 am CDT at the Bloomington, Illinois Pilot.  We are continuing our trip to Streator, IL.  It was a pleasant 52 degrees and sunny.  We do have a next trip to drop trailer at another shipper that is short on them in Dekalb, IL.

Arrival at the receiver of current trip at 8:30 am near Streator, IL.

He was backed into the dock door at 9:20 am and delivery was completed at 10:33 am.  There was a train crossing as we exit receiver. 

We stopped for a trailer refer tank top off at the Love’s near Oglesby, IL at 11:13 am.  Also able to get fresh coffee, hotdogs with onions and a bun.

Arrival at next customer to drop the empty trailer at 12:32 pm near DeKalb, IL, that was complete by 1:36 pm.

Big Rig Steve broadcast day officially done at 2:24 pm as we rolled into Belvidere.
