Big Rig Steve officially done at 4:41 pm safely parked near Pontoon Beach, Illinois, 84 degrees. Arrived with one minute left of our 8 hour clock.
Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 9:16 am, 61 degrees and sunshine near Columbus, Ohio. Starting trip number two of three, headed to the shipper in Anderson, IN.
Welcome to Indiana at 10:47 am near Richmond.
Love’s near Maple Valley, IN at 11:25 am for fuel for the refer tank.
Arrival at Anderson, IN, BRS notes “Line coming in and going out, wow” at 12:17 pm. Was checked in by 12:38 pm, completed the drop and hook, status changed to on time to delivery at 12:55 pm.
Road work slow down on I-70 at 12:20 pm.
Numbers: 19 miles to receiver. We covered 434 miles rolling out of Ohio, through Indiana and into Illinois, including one customer.
Clocks: 2:37 hours on 11 hr, 3:26 hours on 14 hr, 52:38 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back hours tomorrow morning.
