First trip of three
Big Rig Steve officially done at 8:12 pm broadcast ends near the yard at Columbus, Ohio, 71 degrees and mostly cloudy. Tomorrow morning we will head to Anderson, IN for a pre loaded pick up.
Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 3:28 pm, 77 degrees and sunshine. Leaving the receiver near Erlanger, KY, starting our trip to the shipper in Trenton, OH.
Welcome to Ohio on I-71 near Cincinnati at 3:46 pm, downtown is on the left.
Arrival at shipper at 4:45 pm. “bring your paper, bring your pencil, always bring your pencil, tell boss we made it here.” Steve goes in to checked in.
At 4:59 pm we were dropping the trailer.
Status changed to on time to delivery at 5:51 pm with a new trailer in tow.
Backroads for awhile in Ohio.
Stopped at the Love’s near Springfield, OH at 7:16 pm. Fuel for Blue Comet. 242 gallons to gold.
