Daily Summary for 11/25/2023

Big Rig Steve officially done for the day at 19:12 EST (all times EST today) safely parked at circle K with a Road Crew meet up shortly after with Lenny Baker family, Jamie, Andrew and their Dalmatian.

Title: Short trip, longer day

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began at 12:43 near Kenly, NC with a watch party as we waited to leave for delivery. 

14:43 left Kenly, with a quick Pilot stop. BRS will post review on Pilot website.

15:34 arrived at receiver in Dunn, NC.  Needed to be checked in by 16:00 for the 16:30 appointment.

15:40 parked in staging area to wait for dock door.

Once at the dock door, watch party, as we waited for unloading to be completed.

19:00 delivery complete, checked out of receiver, then moved to nearby truck stop.

Numbers: We covered  39 miles 63 km rolling within North Carolina

Clocks: 9:05 hours on 11 hr,  8:29 hours on 14 hr,  63:13 hours on 70 hr, Do not gain back  hours tomorrow morning. 

No alarm clock ⏰ tomorrow.  Next load not ready until Tuesday morning but will bring trailer to shipper tomorrow.  Maybe we’ll get loaded early.  Choose the BRT YouTube channel alarm bell to receive notifications for the start of our broadcast. BRS advised our appointment is not until 4:30 tomorrow afternoon.
