Big Rig Steve officially done for the day with clocks stopped at 11:40 (all times today are PDT) safely parked at J truck stop near Portland, Oregon. Watch party started as Road Crew was scheduled to visit us today.

Big Rig Travels broadcast day began early at 5:18 for Freaky Friday near Jefferson, Oregon rolling on-time towards first delivery appointment of this trip.
5:23 BRS stated “Howdy everybody! How you doing?“
5:39 “Awchew! Eww, clean up on aisle 4,5,6,7,8,9,10, oh and 12.” RC member Mysticwolf would normally post his reaction to BRS loud commotion on YouTube chat, “ow my eye.”
5:42 BRS noted “drizzle, drizzle“
5:52 near Woodburn, OR BRS approached a Oregon Weigh/Mass station. “Dagnabit, oh, red light of course” but, as we get closer to the entrance BRS advised “Oh sign shows closed, ok we don’t want to go in if it’s closed.”
6:42 arrival at first receiver near Portland, OR for check in.
8:00 status change to in door at receiver.
8:31 BRS advised after delivery completed we will just do a short trip to truck stop to spend the rest of the day here in Portland and continue to second stop tomorrow as delivery is not until Sunday evening.
11:36 arrived at the truck stop to search for perfect parking spot.
Numbers : approximately 150 miles 241 km to the next receiver. We covered 88 miles 141 km, eight day running total ?miles ? km
Clocks : 9:08 hours on 11 hr, 7:16 hours on 14 hr, 31:08 hours on 70 hr. Do not gain back any hours tomorrow morning. We are 255 gallons away from Loves Platinum status for November.
