It sure is nice to be home for a few days! I went grocery shopping last night at Costco and was surprised how high meats had gone up in price! When I buy groceries, it is for several months at a time. Wow. Still better to cook, grill, prepare all my own meals than anything at a truckstop!
I put together my Ride1Up Core 5 electric bike yesterday and took it for a quick test drive. Yesterday was the first time on any bicycle since I was 26 or so, and never even laid eyes on an electric one! Very excited and impressed with it. Look for a full review probably next home time when it isn’t freezing and snow outside!
