so yesterday I was a pretty tired driver! It was great to relax and unwind, but somewhere along the day, I fell asleep then later got up to eat. Watched TV, don’t remember anything about it, but then fell asleep again. This time I forgot to put the truck in in battery saver mode and thus we have a dead battery now. I do have a portable jumper that I’ve used in the past and it worked well, but not this time. Another problem is the truck keeps yelling at me it aborts trying to start because we are in gear. Nope, we are not in a gear at all. I have done a hard reset to all the truck computers and get the same results. We have already been in contact with the big bosses, and of course the emergency road service folks. No answer back yet. We do have local terminal and shop so it will probably be them that hooks us up. Not sure how this will play out with our load, but I’m guessing another driver will take it to delivery. Stand by for the next update as I find out what happens next.
