Good afternoon Road Crew! Late post today because we woke up late and had to hustle! 🙂 We drove right on in here exactly ontime (an hour before real appointment)! I originally woke up at 330am, but then decided to go back to bed…..lol.
We were parked at a rest area in Kentucky earlier today discussing our next trip when all of a sudden we heard (and felt) a large BOOM! and first thing I did was look in my mirrors at my tires, then I saw plumes of smoke coming from a truck parked in the row behind us. His leftside tractor tire had exploded and was now on fire. I managed to grab a photo with snowman, then a photo and super quick video. About ten people tried their fire extinguishers on it but it was too big at that point. The fire department got here quick and put it out….
