Shipping and Returns Policy

We take great pride in offering you the highest quality in BigRigTravels merchandise. Below is information about our shipping and return policies.

SHIPPING – products purchased are normally shipped out the following Monday since the store’s items are processed and packaged by a volunteer. During times that we have a high volume of orders such as when we offer new products, sales, or the holiday season, every effort is made to ship your order out in usually 2 or 3 days. In most cases you will get an email with your tracking number. You can always email us at BigRigSteve@BigRigTravels.com with your order number if you have any concerns about the shipping times.

RETURNS – Every effort is made to ensure your order is packaged securely and is the right item. In the event you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will work something out. Email us at BigRigSteve@BigRigTravels.com with your order number, and what is wrong. In more than 1,000 orders from our store, we have only had 2 items break due to the post office folks being too rough. We will replace your item or refund your order using the same method you used to place your order.
