Evening to ya Road Crew! Well, I did an update to the snowman camera and it seems to have been a bad update:( Now he can’t load anything up at all!!

I am hoping the snowman camera will be fixed tonight.  If it isn’t, just hang tight, you know we will get it fxed….or somebody will…..or we will just find something else.

Been a rough day, too much to explain, but I am glad the day is DONE! We will finish up tomorrow then we now have our next trip as well.

See ya tomorrow!

Morning to ya! It sure was a beautiful drive on the small roads that ran along the Mississippi River in Illinois. I absolutely need to go back to the town of Cairo, Illinois also known as little Egypt…

Evening to ya! Well, we are in the boonies! We were getting down to our last 20 minutes on our 11 hour drive clock……and no truckstop in sight! Finally we found one up on a hill with about 5 spaces to it. We walked in hoping for some stale food and I was surprised to find a huge store with all sorts of goodies! We walked out with a new pair of boots, 2 pulled pork sandwiches, and a coke! 🙂

We still have a long way to go tomorrow but today sure was a nice drive on the backroads especially once we reached Missouri.

See ya in the morning as we finish up this trip to North Carolina!

Good afternoon Road Crew! We are taking our 30 minute break here just about on the state lines of Kansas and Missouri!

It started out cloudy this morning but looks like we have driven into the sunshine! WooHoo!

We will continue on our journey this afternoon shortly.

Welcome to Dodge City! We have accomplished our goal for today and all business with the shippers is completed. We only have an hour of drivetime left today but since this is the backroads of Kansas, there are not many truckstops we can reach in that time. Ok, I don’t know of ANY!

We roll out tomorrow morning and have two full days of trucking the US Highways before reaching our delivery!

This Flying J truckstop has gotten several real bad reviews from me in the past. Not enough cashiers and very long lines to check out. No food after 7PM…. Well tonight we roll in after 9PM and find plenty of food, fresh coffee, and two folks running the registers. I made mention it was good to see things improved and I was told they replaced the managers a few months back. Good job, glad to see the changes:)

Oh! Lots of confusion and trouble this morning! Closed roads, detours, can’t find an empty trailer to use, running behind now, all sorts of issues!

New trip is now posted. If I can just find an empty, we can get rolling again!

Good Sunday Morning! Looks like the sun is coming up and it will be a great day!

I have my coffee in my hand and here is your Sunday Video for this week. In a few minutes we leave to go make this quick delivery then I will update our next trip:)

Welcome to cloudy Denver, Colorado and the Sapp Brother’s truckstop!

We had some serious wind earlier today running through Kansas, but as we got closer to Denver the winds died down. Now, it looks like the clouds are getting dark and gloomy. Rain perhaps?

We will make delivery in the morning then jet off to our next shipper as soon as we can get there. First comes free internet, coffee, dinner and sleep:) See ya tomorrow!

Good Saturday morning! Time to roll out of bed and find the coffee pot!

Wow, when we rolled into this area yesterday my sinuses were great with no problems. Then last night I thought I was going to drown! LOL This morning we are at a happy medium, so hope it keeps up.

We will scoot on over the rest of Kansas and Colorado towards our delivery. Then we just got our next trip lined up to keep us busy the next few days.

If you look on the left sidebar towards the bottom, you will see a section called Helpful Information. That is where I will be putting other pages that might be of interest to you. 🙂

Welcome to Salina, Kansas. I managed to find parking in front of the fuel islands to provide a view of all the trucks coming and going! It is up to you to provide your own sunglasses:)

This truckstop has a Huddle House, so good decent food tonight. We are right on schedule so take it easy for the rest of the day and we will finish up tomorrow.
